Well he was hosting a list of VPK and due to ample amounts of users visiting the site, it went down. I think he made some modifications, revisions or other stuff just to accommodate the incoming traffic. Or he know something that will blow our minds, who knows, the wait game started and from my experience, it is the hardest game I ever played :(
 
Well from what haxxey wrote I deduce that decrypting a game with an update for 3.61 can't be accomplished as it probably can't be launched to dump it afterwards.
So World of Final Fantasy, Danganronpa v3, Sword Art Online, will need one to update his Vita I guess.

Not exactly.
We can transfer them to vita with no hitch. We also can modify param.sfo to make them run on lower FW (assuming that you own them of course). The only question here is the key used, just like appldr for PS3. So if the game signed for 3.51 - we would be able to run it on 3.60.
