I see your point, since releasing such tool could get them in so much trouble legally. However, this tool wasn't leaked, because someone got hacked. It was leaked, because Major Tom shared the tool with someone, and that someone leaked it.

Ya definitely. The tool was going to be released sooner or later. It's just that impatient kids, can't seem to wait for it to be completely ready for release. You don't seem to understand that leaking it is just taking us a step forward and two steps backwards.

I suspected that it would get eventually leaked since Wololo did mention that so many people are in possession of the tool.

That depends. The 3DS scene is actually one of the best scenes to ever exist, and had many active developers working on so many things. The vita on the other hand only has a handful of developers who existed in the scene from the start.

I suppose we will have to wait and see. Team Freek Twitter account just tweeted that "people should follow TheFlow for more cool stuff", who knows? Maybe someone had a change of heart about the situation.
