Yes this is the most up to date database. Some of the old codes have been corrected, for example God of War HD had a few codes done recently if i recall. I think that it is moslty the older Asian region cheats that are not working. I wonder is it to do with the codes being made on version 3.60 and not 3.65. It should also be noted that some cheats will not work correctly on version 3.60 so you need to update to 3.65.

It is a shame that some codes no longer work but hopefully thay can be fixed in future.

I think they are used when the game does not have to notice that there is a change or an interruption, otherwise it goes into error and closes the app
