Hacking VitaCheat/FinalCheat Database

Made an item address chart for Disgaea 3 with 10,000 hours of MS paint. After awhile I got kind of lazy with the coloring lol. These won't be the exact offsets as the address changes based on seg1 but its still a good reference to use. Chart still needs works as its missing a couple of things like counter chance and critical percentage. I think those are calculated differently. I tried messing with most of these addresses but haven't noticed any changes but I'll still keep fumbling. Also the item address I used was from my last set of images, this was the 3rd slot item. I'll post that again for reference.

Nice Job! I applaude the effort you've done. As a note the bytes just below the Stats and Above Item Level are where the bonuses from Item World and Innocence are placed. Only thing not highlighted in your innccent area is the byte placement of wether or not said Innocent is/are unlocked/capured?(forgot what the term was haha) Not really as important but useful for when inserting Innocence for transfer.

Never used it. It was discontinued a long time ago because of some issues between it's creator and VitaCheat's. I don't see why it wouldn't, but it has long since been outdated by vitacheat. Why do you ask? If it's a game that has codes posted for Rincheat they might be able to be converted to work with vitacheat.

Yeah the chart is still a work in progress(also made an typo). I remember trying my hardest to figure out what that area was lol. Another area I couldn't figure out was B61778 though B6177F, just right after the 8th innocent slot and before the HP slot. I thought it was maybe some kind of item ID since its different with each item but I wasn't sure. But yeah if I don't get to fixing the chart,

Unsubdued Innocents(orange faces) cap at 270F(9,999)
Subdued Innocents(smiley face) Start at 2710(10,000) and cap at 4E1F(19998)

So basically when you have 9,999 unsubdued innocents(orange faces) and try to increase the value to 10,000, you'll get 1 subdued innocent(smiley face) and it goes up from there.

I don't know if there was an Innocent for crit chance, really can't remember. Anyways have you tried comparing the stats of say weapon when it is in the inventory or equipped? IIRC there are Evilities that affects counter or critchance. Unpess of course those are tied the characters instead.

Looks like TheFlow is back at it again. A savestate feature doesn't sound that appealing to me as a gamer, but I'm wondering if they'll work with TempAR? Vitacheat seems to be missing some of the data when it comes to making dumps, which causes those weird DMA issues that I keep noticing in games. Maybe this tool will be able to get us more complete snapshots, including some of the areas that vitacheat shows as red XXs.
