The game itself is the problem when you open Vita Cheat in the main menu, the game is stuck, it has nothing to do with the codes.

Some notes about Super Hydorah .

The Max Weapon Power only affects the first weapon. Each other weapon has their own power meter.

Instant Shield only works once per life/stage transition and it's possible to die afterwards.

The Ancient Sword is a much better alternative to the Stealth (Untouchable) as while it provides invincibility, it also does an attack and can chain together on itself without any delay.

Why;
All of them have the XYZ pattern and may not work for some users.
These pointer codes should not be made anymore only in some special cases/games.

Solution;
As always B200+- or A100 the rest is not stable enough.
