It's the cost of the memory cards and the lack of interesting games that keep me from buying one.
Games, that's a matter of opinion, I really like the line up so far but I can see why others wouldn't. But people really need to stop complaining about memory cards.
People are acting like buying a memory card is the equivalent of selling your first born son. I paid $15 for a 4GB memory card. Expensive, yes, but unless you're really into digital, you probably won't need anything else.
In the end, the system is an amazing piece of technology that you're getting for a rather remarkable price, even more so if it gets a price drop. Memory cards are just one way to get profit from a system that probably isn't banking a lot of profit on console sales. Remember, the Vita currently isn't selling on a loss, but I really doubt it's bringing in much money in that regard. It's most likely breaking even or near that.
