Vita Cheat Trainer-Plugin Question (suprx)

Is there a Tutorial on how to make one? Wanting to know if one can be made for Homebrew since VitaCheat does not work with Homebrew. I know a User was able to create a Cheat for GTA-SA that works with VitaCheat, but no idea how to do it.
