Gaming Vita 3.60 => Update and restore

Hello everyone.

I just bought a used Vita , which is on firmware 3.60. In the settings, I saw that the firmware 3.63 has been downloaded but it's not applied.

The seller has not restore systeme. If I start it, the update will install alone or it's safe?

You have to go through the freaky agreement that you want to install system update. Do not click and read whatever the pop-up messages are. Otherwise, you'll end up to the point where your vita is not hackable anymore. Don't hand your vita to anyone and always make sure you do not click "YES" for the system update. Unless you click "YES", it won't update itself. Try installing Henkaku and let your vita block system update. (More safe if you install Henkaku).
