Hey guys, recently ive gotten a copy of Grim Fandango on disc. Since apparently Windows 8 doesnt want to run in it in anything other then 64-bit I want to install Windows 98 and run it off a Virtual Machine. however, all I have is a installation disc and I have no idea how to run it in VM Ware unless its an ISO, I was wondering if anyone here could help me out.

Ehhh, I wanted it for primarily this reason, but I figure it would also be helpful to know. Thats why I didnt ask how to play Grim on Windows 8.

You could just rip that Windows 98 install CD into ISO. Use VirtualBox to virtualize Windows 98 from that ISO, and then install the game to guest OS.

In Vmware you should just be able to pop in the Windows 98 installation disc and then setup the virtual machine to use your actual CD/DVD drive as the installation source.
