Hello friends,

Ive recently been having a blast with BadUpdate on a 360 E model. Im having difficulties installing the Forza 3 and Forza 4 data discs though. I possess the files as raw .iso images, but i also compiled both disc images into the GoD files that I installed to HDD (i didnt know if i was supposed to package the two discs together or not into one GoD file). when i click on install disc 2 in-game from the main menu, in either game, it immediately backs out to the main menu. when i try to load disc 2 in aurora, it says to put in disc 1 first. how do i go about installing the data from both disc 2's? thank you for any and all help

i already did that, and when i load disc 1 and try to install disc 2 it doesnt work. how do i install the contents of what would be disc 2?

I downloaded Forza 3 and actually if you put both disks as god or If you put disk 2 as god and disk 1 as xex it produces the same results as you.

I figured out what to do in my instance, if anyone else reads this and is having similar issues. I turned only disc one into a GoD file but then extracted the Contents folder from disc 2 using Xbox 360 Image Browser. i merged both folders into one and then installed onto my HDD, and now the game recognizes disc 2 as having been installed. so issue fixed

Thanks! I didn't think I'd find an answer for this that's so recent. I guess BadUpdate is making the 360 scene active again.

Last weekend (on the anniversary of Xbox 360 in fact), I got a 500GB Xbox 360 E. Its been 10 years since I originally sold my Xbox 360 Slim, but I really missed Forza Motorsport 3 & 4, they are two of my favorite racing games ever, and to be honest no other racing game has come close to matching them, not even future Forza titles. I have FM4 on disc, so that was easy, but got .iso files of FM3 and that has been tricky to figure out how to install. This has been the only place i've found that has a possible solution. Thank you everyone!

I'm using the Bad Avatar exploit myself, and it has been a godsend for getting back into the Xbox 360 ecosystem. Its still a great console and i've been excited about using it again.

What does your Forza Motorsport 3 file structure look like on your 360 HDD? I still cannot get this to work, it still asks for Disc 2 for me. I've tried every combination I can think of.
