I was wondering if anyone had a good link, or could explain to me a way to edit text in SoulSilver?

I'm wanting some small changes done to the text, but can't find a good hack that edits it. I'm use the HG/SS Mods, and am wanting some new flavor text in it.

A good tutorial out there?
