I think you should verify WUP files are correct and complete.
That message means the files you are trying to install are either not correct or incomplete. What's so hard to understand when the message is so obviously telling you the reason of the problem?
try getting the game files again, you either have bad files or miss files. get them again in hope you'll get them correct and complete.
USBHelper should verify all the files while downloading them, other tools are not doing it and you have to get them again in hope they are correct and complete. if not, try again, and again.
