I want to create a Releasegroup called "CBT" and relase some virtual console games!

Can somebody tell me, what I have to do, to get a Relasenumber for every game?

Is there a channel at the mIRC?

You need access to a topsite.
Not knowing you need that means you are very unlikely to get it or even find out where to look.

1. mIRC is fail.
2. You would need access to a prechannel to know if somethign has been released yet

Unfortunately, I'm not too deep in the gaming scene, so I can't help you out with where to find one...
