All you need to do is open that gme file in ePSXe, convert it to a .mcr, then load it with CWCheat. Here's a link for you. It's not that hard, trust me, I've done it before. I doubt anyone's gonna do it for you, so take the initiative. It's been a while since I did it, so you might have to download some other programs, but remember, google is your friend.
