Hacking Utik downloader "unhandled exception" error

Sorry for being such an inept, but, I can't use Utik Downloader because a stupid ".net framework unhandled exception" pops up when I try to open it. Does utik downloader need a specific version of .net framework ? This is so frustrating since it used to work just fine and now I can't use it.

Are you using the latest version of the program?

If so, you may need the latest DotNet Framework. Do you know which version you have installed at the moment?

I have 4.6.something ... I'll try to uninstall it and see if it works

Also, make sure you restart your PC after you reinstall DotNet Framework. Sometimes restarting your PC helps with DotNet Framework problems.

I had to uninstall my net framework and install it again. Now I click on the utik exe and nothing happens. I'll try restarting my pc
