It's not broken it just wasn't renamed correctly.... Just download the file and rename it "100% catch.ips" and it will work. (As long as the code actually works that is)

3ds wont connect to wifi if you dont disable the nfc.
check it yourself. wait for wifi connection on the home screen, then launch the game, press home to check your wifi connection


there is no side effect for using it.

Don't know if i'm doing something wrong but the 1.375 patch deosn't seem to work. NFC and Instant messages work great, only this one seems to not work. Speed seems to be the normal one when i press B to run...@Ericjwg

ips patch are static modification.
speed patch is lock to 1.375.
