Hi all.
I am using 2 seagate 1tb portable hdds, 1 for vWii, 1 for Wii U.
I have them both connected to the back of the Wii U system, vWii in top port, Wii U in bottom.
Both Y cables are connected to external USB hub powered by my power bar.
Ustealth has been applied to vWii (tried both R7 and R8 versions). No matter how i apply ustealth, Wii u still detects 2 drives. How can this be when Ustealth is applied to vWii?? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Did u use the y cable when you ustealthed the drive. I forget what happened with me exactly. I think I used my y cable and ustealthed my drive then plugged to Wii U and was hidden fine but I went to put more games on it and I hooked hardrive up with cable it came with which was not a y cable and I couldn’t get ustealth to recognize it well it did but it was grayed out on the list and couldn’t click it but when I plugged it back into computer with y cable it was able to be clicked. I know it’s not ur same problem but when ustealthing drive with y cable it needed both to be unstealthed after
And the drive works fine on pc with non y cable normally as that’s what it came with

So maybe try plugging both y leads into Wii U and see if changes out come. Also make sure used the y cable on pc when stealthed it

Idk if having multiple partitions on hd if that affects ustealth idk if can only hide one partition. But u prob don’t have partitioned anyhow

Also what do you have hd formatted as for filesystem. Fat32 exfat ntfs

Fat 32. Yeah i think its an issue with the y cables. I tried it with just the wii u hd and it wasn't recognized by the wii u system. So i took out the portable hd from its case and tried a hd hub, then it was recognized by the system. I think the y cables i got were cheap ones from hong kong unfortunately.

Did u try plugging both into Wii U instead of the hub just for the hell of it
