Gaming USRCHEAT overload

Hey,
When im trying to add a game to my USRCHEAT.Dat by opening it in the CCeditor, it freezes, and windows closes it.
I think its because its a too big USRCHEAT and the system gets overloaded...
it contains +100 games...

This is really annoying, because now i cant add cheats to Pokemon Soul Silver

How to fix this...
Is there a option to merge 2 USRCHEAT(s) into 1 without loading the USRCHEAT of 100+ games??
