Hacking Using wii motion+ with hacked wii

Use USB Loader GX, it is by far the best and most popular loader.

Put the alternate .dol (named RZTE01.dol) on the root of the SD card.
Select Wii Sports Resort, select Game settings...

Enable the 002 fix, and set alternate .dol loading to "From SD"
You may need the VIDTV patch on or off, try both ways, I didn't need it.

Now, launch the game and watch the videos. After that you will be returned to the system menu.
Now disable the alternate .dol loading, and the game will work fine from now on, as long as you don't try to watch the instructional videos again.

How do I find out? I think its IOS37-64-v2070. I installed all my stuff using this "Ultimate Installer" package or whatever off this site. -- - THE BACKUP SUITE - -- VERSION 4.0 (FINAL) I think it was.

I'm new to all this so apologies for my n00bness.

It is cIOS, NOT cISO.

an IOS is firmware related, an ISO is a disc image.

Ok well I got NeoGamma R6 in my homebrew channel now, and that seems to run it. At least up to the part where its telling me I need a wiimotion+. I should be getting one tomorrow so i'll test it out then!

go play wiiware or VC off of sd and then try again, u really want to have to use the alt dol trick everytime

That´s BS, you can´t play WiWare or VC off SD under 3.1E.

Wimotion+, WSR and Tiger Woods run fine under 3.x, there is no need to update.
I have both, 3.2E and 4.1E. To get WSR started is just a question of CIOS+loader+RTFM...

I really wish these pesky "4.1 is the new 3.2" kids would grow up and spend their time in school instead of posting this crap.
It´s amazing how many half-grown-bricking-experts you can find in this forum nowadays, and with new cioscorp they have a new toy...

cant use motion without updating to atleast 4.0 and if you play wsr , you need to update to 4.1 unless you dont use the vc games

Bullshit. I've been at 3.3v1e since it came out and never updated anything; not even ios through discs, and I'm yet to find a game that doesn't work.
