Hacking Using Ocarina codes

So now im using Loader GX im interested in playing with Ocarina codes, but having trouble loading individual codes. For example

I put the entire text file for Super Mario Galaxy from the USB Gecko site in my cheats directory, created a GCT file and it loaded all the cheats. But what if i just want one or two codes? I tried editing the TXT file but when i went back to the ocarina section in GX afterwards there was nothing there. Is there a specific format for the TXT files?

create another gct file, with only the codes you want

Hmm okay i guess the problem is that the Cheat Title is to long so that you can´t see the ON/OFF options (this will be fixed soon

) and yes the format must be right it should look like this (actually there is only one comment line supported and you need to save the TXT with Unix line endings):

So if the Codefile is loaded you simply click on one(or more) of the cheat titles and set it to ON then use Create.

The latest GX loader should show you a screen, where you can choose the cheats you want.

There are two programs on the Homebrew Browser that you might like. One downloads text files with codes for specific games and another one lets you highlight which codes you want and turn it into a .gct in the /codes/ folder.

I see the screen but im not sure if im selecting cheats or just clicking on them.
