Using mig switch for stole games?

Hello, Well i travel alot for my work, so in one travel some one tried to stole my switch by tacking my travel case, i saved the switch in other place but i lost all of my games. About 10 , so i was wondering to patch de xci with the information of my old games but the problem is that i could be banned. What do you think is a bad idea?

What? If you're talking about using doner certs for pirated games. People are being banned for that
