Hardware Using Joy-cons on a hacked switch?

Hi everyone.
I was wondering if you play on a Switch hacked with Joy-cons of another non-hacked Switch...can the non-hacked switch get banned when u use the joy-cons again on it? Basically i want to know if the Joy-cons save some info that can lead your switch to get banned.

my switch is hacked and i used my joy cons on many other 'unhacked' consoles.
So the console wont get a brick

My joycons broke, I sent them to Nintendo for repairs (before they started asking for the switch back as well), the joycons were found faulty and repaired.

I want to know if this is still correct? I just recently got into console modding and want to know if its still safe to use the same pair of joycons on a hacked switch and a patched one? Is there any chance nintendo could bring this with a firmware update??

I keep mixing mine up from my hacked console to my sons non hacked on latest official firmware with no issues!
