ROM Hack using JKSV between multiple switches

So i recently got my switch wifi banned bc im a dumbass and I was wondering if these steps would work to transfer my save data to a new unbanned switch without it receiving a ban
1. Boot into CFW on my banned switch and open JKSV and backup the system saves for games like SWSH and ACNH
2. Put these backups for the saves onto my computer
3. Transfer these backups into the SD card of a new unbanned switch in CFW (making sure to have 90 DNS / Airplane mode on while in CFW)
4. Injecting the backups using JKSV into the unbanned switch
5. Going back into OFW and using the save data extracted from the banned switch to play online on the new switch
Not sure if taking saves from a banned switch and moving them to an unbanned switch would cause it to get banned, but after my switch got wifi banned I don’t want to take any risk when messing with a new one

There's nothing you can do about the ban. What exactly do you need help with?

You got banned because of the modified save files. If you transfer those to the unbanned switch you're going to have 2 banned switches.
