Apple Using iphone as joypad for PC

Is there an app that turns an iphone into a joypad with which you can play games on the PC... like icontroller for dolphin?

yes this is what i tried and it worked great. i actually want to use it as a usb second joystick or in other words, in conjunction with the keyboard.
this makes it just map keyboard keys with ipod buttons. anyway i can make the ipod as a second controller for something like pes 2011.
