Hacking Using Homebrew on FW 9.8 without Exploit-Game?

Hey Guys,

today I'm on vacation and visiting my family.
I want to give someone access to homebrew without using any exploitable games.
She has a o3DS with Firmware 9.8 (EUR).

Is there a way to get into the homebrewchannel without an exploitable game?
Does Browserhax still work?
Unfortunately https://yls8.mtheall.com/3dsbrowserhax.php gives me an error (won't load on 3DS nor PC).

Any ideas?

afaik yellow8 didn't provide a package to self host the files. You're just gonna have to wait until the site is up again unfortunately.

Have you guys tried to change the DNS to Google's dns? I had connection error too and it got fixed by changing the DNS.. So
