I wanted to open e-shop in emunand, its my first time and it is asking to accept the Nintendo 3ds service user agreement and pricacy policy. is it safe to accept?

hi, i just did this today with the same thoughts, just double check you're in emunand [cuz the shop icon exists for sysnand] and i agreed and setup my account --it also asks for your zip code and if you want notifications, it saves something to your sd [not sure if you can avoid that, i couldn't figure out how to so i just accepted].

anyways i updated my mk7 rom via eshop that way : )
