Misc Used Account?

Hello everyone, I have a simple question.

I am planning to get used Wii U through local ad. The seller said he will give his "account (no credit card) so you can have access to the games." I am new to nintendo network and I wanted to make sure the seller is breaking all the ties with the account. What can I do other than change password to ensure that seller does not change password after I changed it?

Unless if you suggest that this is a very bad idea, I will stay away from it.

As long as the account is still attached to the console by the time you get it, you are good to go.

just be sure to create your own NNID if you make your own purchases from eshop
