No, since the update requires you to uninstall all the plugins and henkaku enso, to be on stock 3.60, then manual update and reinstall cfw.

Yes, but you still need a sony memory card to update first.

The PSTV and the Vita Slim do not require a Sony Memory Card to update to 3.65 Enso. They have 1 GB build-in storage that you can use instead. That's exactly how I updated my PSTV.
