Formated the stick 4-5 times, still not working.
Tried the stick on WiiMC and it works fine there.

If you see a blackscreen and the Wiimote dies, then it's probably due to a incompatibility with cIOS.

    Check this:

    https://code.google.com/p/d2x-cios/wiki/How_To_Install

    d2x slot 249, base 56, v10 beta52
    d2x slot 250, base 57, v10 beta53 alt

configure your loaders to use 249 by default, and any problematic game like Black Ops or music games with 57

and, just an advice, dont patch ios below 80 (inclusive)

no need to do that, not even with 36

    Btw i found the problem.
It seems it didn't format good, i formatted 5-6 times with SD Formatter and Windows Formatter and still it didn't work, but the next time i formated with FAT32 GUI Formatter and it worked. So if anyone has a similar or same problem like me try to use FAT32 GUI Formatter.
