Hacking USB Loader?

so if i tried loading a "usb" using (waninkoko's latest ver.) and does not read anything it does not support it?

(looked through the list of compatible usbs)

and i used a sandisk 8gb and a kawau card reader still get nothing, they're lights just turns on... but i still get nmothing
 
One thing you might want to note is depending on your drive, it might spin down in save power mode. My big external does this and I have to unplug, then replug to spin it back up and initialize with the loader. However, if I use a laptop external USB powered device it doesnt have this issue.
 
Well, some crucial info was left out here. Do you have cIOS rev10 or higher installed? Have you tried both USB slots? rev 12 and higher only support the bottom USB slot. If so, I would say that it is incompatible. However, you can try the suggestions above, and see if it works.

Yes, you can format it back to FAT after formatting to WBFS. I doubt he will have a spin down issue with a USB stick.
