Hacking USB loader: Twilight Princess won't load

I use the configurable usb loader v65 and all my backups load properly except for twilight princess. It is a PAL game but all other PAL games I have work perfectly fine when i force NTSC, but with Twilight Princess I get a black screen and have to hard reset the wii. I've tried another loader as well with the same result. I notice if i dont force it then it a screwed up black and white scroll, but i know thats cuz of the PAL format on an NTSC wii.

Any help will be great.


BTW I used pimp-my-wii to upgrade all ios and cios to the proper level.

Any suggestions on why this is happening

choose a different cIOS. install rev21

Could it be the Twilight Princess is region locked and forcing ntsc won't work?

This problem is my current issue.
Wbfs file virfied 100% ok
Wbfs is NTSC-U
Wii is PAL RVL-101 FAMILY
Twilight Princess wont start with CFG USB Loader
All other titles PAL/NTSC runs perfectly even skyward sword
But TP WON'T Start! Black screen occurs
Any Idea?
Any Solution?

Update:
I download PAL rom and it works
It's odd! but cIOS can't beat TP region lock!
