Hacking USB loader GX Theme Creating?

God, I am really cooking on gas now with USB loader GX, I just didnt realise the stuff you can do with it. I have downloaded themes but Ive got to thinking, how easy is it to create your own themes?? What softwar do I need, how do I do it? Can anyone point me in the right direction please??? Thanks in advance guys

Just download a theme, find the files on your HDD/SD Card and modify as you desire. That'll give you a good base and once you're familiar with how things are set up you can start making them from scratch.
