Hacking USB Loader GX stuck on Initialize Usb Device

I have tried so many things to fix this. The first couple of times I booted up USB Loader GX it worked perfectly. Now, it just gets stuck on initialize USB device. I'll hear the hard drive start to spin for about 20 ish seconds then it stops. Yes, it is plugged in the USB port closest to the edge. Yes, my drive is formatted to fat32. Please help me.
