Hacking USB Loader GX problems.

I don't know what the problem could be, either. I have the NTSC-U MH3 and the banner and game work fine.

RMHE08, same here. I didn't really played it but at least the banner is fine and it boots

Maybe USB Loader has some cache that's messed up? Is that a thing?

It caches the banners but that's it. A bad cached banner would explain it being blank but not the game failing to start.

If you still have the time for more test, and you have another HDD, try it.
If not, just play with wiiflow
