Hacking USB Loader gx megaman x command mission messing up

The game works but it messes up. For instance the sound only comes on for a little then it goes off and the songs skip. At first whenever i try to battle it shows megaman x regularly but everything else is black and this happens for a while. After the first battle i see the results screen but then the screen turns black but the music is still playing. Any help?
