Hacking Usb Loader GX Install/Rip problem

I have been trying to install Mortal Kombat Armageddon onto my USB flash drive using USB loader GX and it keeps freezing at 96.82% with 40 seconds left. I have tried many times, is there any way to fix this? is it normal?
