Hacking USB Loader GX GC Backups

Hey, I recently modded my wii and I just downloaded USB Loader GX 3.0; and I wanted to know how come my GC Backups aren't showing up on the Loader? I installed Dios Mios (USB Version) and I can't find them, even when I clicked "Show GC Sources". How can I load my GC backups through USB with USB Loader GX? For some reason Wiiflow doesn't work with Megaman X Command Mission or Sonic Heroes, but it'll work with Mario Kart Doublo Dash.

You need to update the loader to latest revision r1218 (v3.0 is revision r1180, and is not working with DM and USB).

Once updated (replace the boot.dol in apps/usbloader_gx/ folder), launch the loader from the HBC, go to Settings > User paths > Gamecube Main path : Set to "USB1:/games".

Wait, do I update it through the app in the homebrew channel or is replacing the boot.dol what updates the app?
