Hacking USB Loader GX & Configurable USB Loader

I recently installed d2x CIOSs (247 and 248) so I could get Metroid Prime Trilogy to work. I got it to work in Configurable USB Loader but not in USB Loader GX and I prefer to use the latter. Any ideas why it won't work in USB Loader GX? I have the newest version and tried on 3 different CIOSs with that block setting on. On another note, regarding Config USB Loader, how can I make it use CIOS 248 by default? Thanks

It needs a d2x cIOS version 6 (or more), in any slot you want.
Then you enable Block IOS reload and Alternative dol set to Auto or default.

Verify in the individual game setting that the game is using the correct cIOS.

There's nothing really special to set in GX, it's the same in all loaders, just enabling block IOS reload should be enough.
