Hacking USB Loader GX and Internet Question

If I enable internet, my Wii U would try to download and install latest System Update (which I don't want). Would like to use internet to download cheat files through USB Loader GX. My Modem/Router combo can't block IPs though; what should I do about this?

vwii won't try to download the 5.1.1 update their separate. just boot into vwii by holding down B when you turn wiiu on.
