Hacking usb loader gx and cfg loader wont work

installed d2x with reccomended settings.
formatted my flash drive to fat 32 and 32kb in wik backup manager converted isos to wbfs in wii back up manager. USB loader gx gets stuck on a black screen cfg loader gets stuck on booting game. Any idea what to do?
