Hacking USB Loader Channel

Has anyone with some Photoshop sense made a USB Loader channel as of yet? Please post it instantly when you do ...

this guy Oneleggedjack made one when the first version leaked.
maybe with those images and wadder i could remake it.
or if he is available he could do it.

I made one using wadder and it works but no matter what I do it plays a very annoying sound at startup.

I tried making it with no sound and with sound I get the same result.

But the sound! oh my god! lol
what about a clean(nintendo wii menu style) sound to combine with the image?
