Hacking USB loader CFG

Hello!!
I have a problem in wii . The problem is that , whenever I open USB loader CFG, the screen becomes black! and there wii be a message on the top of that black screen.
the message is like this:
"Error: Couldn't open file!"
Press any button to reboot Wii.."

I hope that can anyone tell me the reason!!

Are you loading cfgusbloader from a forwarder channel or the homebrew channel?
