and can i dump games i buy from the store onto the hard drvie with this thingy because my friend buys games then dump them then gets her money back which i wanna do to can i use this to do that

Well I won't sit here and debate the morality in that, yes you can insert a game into the Wii and have it ripped to the HDD.
