Hacking usb loader 1.1 and NFS: undercover?

anyone having problems with this game?? i can play the game and it seems ok but at random times or when i hit something like a cop car it starts to lag...big time and no matter what i do it gust keep doing it... then pause screens and everything are really laggy and even reloading to a new race with the jump to option doesn't help... it lagy until i restart the wii. it this an issuance with 1.1 and need to be fixed or have i done something wrong
