Hacking USB Drive

im looking to upgrade my WBFS dive to a bigger capacity and im torn between these two:

im leaning towards the seagate due to the fact that i heard it has no spindown issues, so which would be better?

I have the Seagate FreeAgent Go 320 and it's been great, but I hear some people have problems applying the no sleep settings on 500+GB drives though, you may want to look into that.
