I just recently came back to Australia from Japan, and bought my Japanese DS back with me, and now need a new charger.
After looking on eBay and seeing a bunch of crappy 3rd party ones, i have started thinking i should get a USB charger. (The first party chargers are $29.95 here. WTF!)

Anyone here used them? How well do they work?

Also, anyone from Australia know where to pick up a good quality NDSL socket charger?

If you get one from DealExtreme, they're only $2 for a 3-pack, so if they don't work, then that's only $2 wasted.

They work great, on both us and uk spec ndsl. I have multi charger from ebay that charges ndsl psp gba and the 2nd one also charges mini usb. Work on pc and usb wall chargers. Will also charge all items connected at once

hope this helps go for it

Yeah, that does help.

I am not so worried about if the cable does work due to itself being faulty. More that in general that USB chargers could of been shit. But seems like you feel they work well, so i shall invest.

So, i take it they can charge a DS just as quick as a normal charger?
