Hacking USA and EUR

i want to ask something about version
first if i played a USA game and then save the progress . Can i play it with the eur version? (after i rename the game with the same name of the save file)
because today the worlds end with you(EUR) has been released and i wanted to play it.
but i want to play it in USA version so i have to wait till the USA release and play the EUR version.
after i save the game in EUR version can i play it in USA version?

I don't know if anyone can answer that. I think it depends how the programmers implemented the game as to whether or not the US version will use the exact same SAV files as the Eurpoean version. You'll have to either go ahead and play the EUR one (and maybe try your save on the USA one and see if it works), or else wait for the USA version. But don't assume the saves will necessarily be compatible.

whys it so important that you play the US version it will just be the same but with less languages.... wont it??
