Is there a way to import the edited save via Checkpoint?

None of the saves seem to be working any longer once I put them on my computer and try to import them back into the game. This happens whether I've edited them or not.

I got it working with Checkpoint. JKSM is still a flop, though. Thank you for offering to edit my save for me and thanks to the others in this thread.

i am using JKSM because Checkpoint shows only 11 Games and i have 45

there is a list of your games. click one with a and select backup

Does Checkpoint work with .cia version of games? What is the process to export and import Pokemon Ultra save and edit it? Help GREATLY appreciated :)
Yeah it works with .cia. It would have to atm since there's no other way to have the game. Just create a backup file and then edit your save with PKhex and save it to the Checkpoint folder on your SD card. Go to checkpoint on your 3DS and select the file and hit Restore.
