How do u input the US Patch in an EU Game? All I have is a Meta, and Read me files....

you change the title id in meta.xml to your corresponding eu title id

If it is installable then install then iosuhax download meta.xml and edit it.
If loadiine then you don't need to edit it. Loadiine is region free

Yea it's WUInstaller (ready to install files) thats what I'm confused about don't know how to edit the files.

I would recommend you just use regionhax then you don't have to worry about patching. Just launch sysnand iosuhax and run this

it does the same thing it changes the title id to the region you want

No. Regionhax regions frees your wii u. Once installed it is their for good.
Editing meta.xml makes the game your region. You have to do that for every out of region game

Yes you can. You can only brick, if you install a system application.

You install the hack and you can't brick. Out of region won't brick.
If your scared of bricking use rednand

You can install any region of game, but to actually run it, you need regionhax.
Use the script what @xtheman166 linked you, made by @vickdu31.
Really easy to use. Saves some headscratching and looking-into-things.
