Hacking Upgrading SD Card, but...

Ladies and Gentlemen, good night!
I´ve purchased one big SD Card and now will get another one bigger that I was using on my 3DS.
Haven´t using it for months now, but want to update soft and maintain games already installed.
So, here´s my doubt, my SD root is a mess, can I delete everything and just keep my games, and, if so, which files I need to download and replace on this SD so my 3DS still works.

Here´s my folder structure of microSD:

You can probably delete everything there except:
boot.firm

I would just leave the SD card as it is, and just copy over everything onto the new SD, unless you used an Emunand, the script only get rid of files left behind from B9S installation, it wont clean up his SD card.

Thank you @Hayato213, I didn´t use Emunand, already did the backup and now I´m transfering the files @SCOTT0852 tell me. If some error appears I´ll put everything back there.
@BaamAlex, I´ll try the script too if my new SD won´t work with that folders and files.

All set! I´ve deleted all unusable folders, upgraded the card and now it´s all working like a charm, thanks!
